Prakash established a ultra modern hi-tech manufacturing plant and all the components (i.e. Spare Parts, Rubber rollers and Copper Rollers etc.) are built in its own factory by a highly skilled team of engineers using most up to date manufacturing method guaranteeing consistent quality and finish. Prakash manufactures High quality Web Offset Presses for the newspaper book, and semi-commercial printer. All of our presses are built entirely in our in-house state of the art production facilities. From Boring to cylinder grinding, our large investment technology allows us to produce parts that meet the exacting standard required to build a precision printing press. Company has got one of the most sophisticated machine shp having CNC machine, HMC, VMC, Grinder, Lathes, all of which cater for achieving high standards. All the body units and components are machined/ processed/ manufactured on these machines covering every aspect of parts production right from drilling, tapping, boring, facing, machining etc. ensuring a reliable, durable, highly efficient press.
